This is a moving story of women on many continents who have suffered as a result of their husband's Christian faith. Anneke Companjen has been praying for these women for many years. When she started traveling the world with her husband, President of Open Doors International, she met many of the wives she had heard about, and was able to talk to them and share their stories in this book. So often their husbands have been imprisoned and had prayer and publicity, the wife left behind has suffered dreadfully with little support.
