It covers the theory and practice of briefing and debriefing, (including sections on cultural orientation and teams) crisis intervention and has a separate section on a theology of suffering which has been very helpful. It is designed to bring together current theory and best practice.

The book was considered by IVP, passed all their technical requirements but was rejected by the marketing comittee as not having enough of a market. They recomended self publishing which I have now done. 750 books are being published and are available directly from Graham Fawcett.
