Workshop Topics are: Biblical Foundations, Loving Listening, Drawing People Out, Helping Others Solve Problems, Confronting Effectively, Receiving Confrontation, Managing Conflicts, Effectively Helping Others Manage Conflicts, and Building Trust, Living in Community, Helping Others Grieve Well, Managing Stress, Maintaining Margin, and the Battle for Moral Purity, Being An Encourager. The workshop concludes with an opportunity for participants to integrate the knowledge and skills they have gained, in order to apply them more effectively.

7. CONSULTATION ON " FAMILY MINISTRY" IN INDIA
URBAN INDIA MINISTRY holds a Consultation on Family Ministry in India on 10th September at Frontier Management Centre, Hoysala Nagar, Bangalore from 9AM to 5 PM. All participants should confirm their coming by the 3rd of Septemeber03. If you need accommodation, UIM will book rooms for outstation participants for a day at FMC. Travel has to be borne by the participants. However we can arrange to pick up participants from Airport, Railway station to the venue and back.
